The commercial relations between "BioBotanic" and the buyer are governed by the "Conditions of sale" below which have as their object the purchase of products, made remotely via the internet on the website belonging to "BioBotanic", with headquarters in Via Pier Della Francesca, 32 - 59100 Prato (PO)


Users will be able to place orders from the website pages

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

By sending the order, the customer sends "BioBotanic" a proposal to purchase the selected product or products. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by BioBotanic by means of an e-mail reply sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. The response is automatically generated by the system and cannot be considered per se acceptance of the order, but only confirmation of receipt of the same. This confirmation message will include the date and time of execution of the order and an 'Order Number', to be used in any further communication with "BioBotanic". The message reproduces all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document. The seller reserves the right to accept online orders only after verifying the reliability of the data provided. The products remain the property of the Supplier until the total payment of the amount due.

In case of non-acceptance of the order, "BioBotanic" will promptly communicate it by e-mail to the Customer. BioBotanic will check the actual availability of the requested goods in the warehouse and the Customer will be able to view the assignment of the products in the specific reserved area. In the product catalog published on the website, availability is updated in real time.


The prices shown on the price list are expressed in Euros inclusive of VAT. The Seller reserves the right to update prices if it deems it necessary without the obligation to give prior notice.
